Yes! We arrive fully equipped with professional-grade, eco-friendly cleaning products and tools. If you have specific product preferences or require us to use particular supplies, simply let us know in advance.
How do I book a clean?
Booking with Velanna is simple and stress-free.
Just head to our “Book Cleaning” page and fill out a short form with your name, address, and contact details, details about your home and preferences. Once we receive your request, we’ll contact you to offer you a few date options to choose from and complete booking.
You’ll receive a confirmation email with all the details, along with our Welcome Info Package so you know exactly what to expect.

How do I pay?
We accept e-transfers, credit cards on file, or payment via the “Pay Now” button on your invoice.
For convenience, most clients choose to keep a card on file for automatic billing after each clean. Prefer to pay manually? That’s perfectly fine too — just send an e-transfer or use the invoice link.
Invoices are due upon receipt, and cards on file may be charged if payment isn’t received within 7 days (with reminders sent first, of course).
What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
We understand that plans can change. If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance to avoid any fees. This policy helps us manage our team’s schedule and keep our service reliable for all clients.
Do I need to be home during the clean?
Not at all — most of our clients aren’t home during their service, and that’s completely okay.
If you provide us with entry instructions (such as a door code, lockbox, or hidden key), we’ll securely keep that information on file for future visits. Your privacy and security are always respected.
How will I know when to expect your team?
Once your clean is booked, you’ll receive a confirmation email with all the details.
Then, to keep you in the loop:
We’ll send an email reminder three days before your scheduled service
And a text reminder one day prior with the estimated arrival time
While we do our best to arrive right on schedule, we kindly ask for a bit of flexibility — just in case life happens. That said — we value your time and always do our best to stay on schedule.
You don’t need to be home during your clean (we usually have entry info on file), but if timing matters, we’re happy to accommodate. Just let us know your preferences, such as:
• “Out by 4:00 PM”
• “Prefer 9:00 AM arrival”
• “Send 30-minute heads-up text”

How long will it take to clean my home?
The time required depends on the size and condition of your space, as well as the type of cleaning service. For first-time cleanings, it may take longer as we focus on tackling areas and setting a baseline for regular maintenance.
